Meghan Markle, vježba jogu i ima različit meni za tjedan i vikend. Njezin suprug princ Harry redovito uzima dodatke prehrani. Princeza Charlene od Monaka pliva i uči druge plivati. Pogledaj koje još zdrave navike imaju članovi europskih kraljevskih obitelji.

Meghan Markle radi jogu

Meghan Markle, vojvotkinja od Sussexa, vježba jogu od svoje sedme godine, rekla je za časopis Best Health. Objasnila je da ju je u svijet joge uvela njezina majka instruktorica joge. Markle obožava i pilates koji se radi na spravama, a meditira dva puta dnevno. Stoga ne čudi da je u svom novom domu izgradila privatni yoga studio i teretanu. Kad su se Meghan Markle i princ Harry uselili u Frogmore Cottage s 10 spavaćih soba na imanju Windsor, napravili su neke nadogradnje kako bi poboljšali svoje uvjete života.

Stavili su zvučnu izolaciju na kuću, zidove su obojili specijalnim bojama s eteričnim uljima, postavili su jedinice za zelenu energije i posadili organski povrtnjak. Frogmore Cottage Update❗️ Meghan and Prince Harry are in limbo right now as the renovations on their new home, Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, have yet to be completed. While the royals were meant to have moved in already, the delay will apparently take them even closer to Meghan's due date, which is believed to be at the end of April 2019. Tweeting an update about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's living arrangements, royal commentator Emily Andrews of The Sun explained, "Harry & Meghan were due to move in this week just gone, but their move has been delayed by three weeks or so. The renovation work has been huge to turn this mini-mansion back into a family home so it’s no real surprise that builders fell behind." Andrews also revealed that "Harry and Meghan kept changing their minds on design aspects, putting the builders back (like all home-owners ever, they want it to be perfect!)." Andrews added that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have even "moved out of their Great Tew farmhouse, with their belongings packed up waiting to go into their new home," meaning that the move into Frogmore can't come soon enough. It was previously reported that Meghan and Harry were having Frogmore Cottage renovated to their specifications ahead of the move, and Andrews confirms some of these details by mentioning "bespoke wardrobes and alcove shelving plus the all-important new kitchen." 🏡

Princ Harry uzima dodatke prehrani

Kak se priča, princ Harry se konzultira s nutricionisticom Gabrielom Peacock kao i većina kraljevske obitelji i voli njezine dodatke "Clean Me". Oni uključuju kolin, cink, bakar i selen te sastojke kao što su pšenična trava i ekstrakt brokule koji pomažu izgradnji i očuvanju snažnog imuniteta, štite kožu od štetnih vanjskih utjecaja i poboljšavaju razinu energije. Otkako se oženio s Meghan Markle, princ Harry je prestao pušiti i smanjio je unos alkohola.

Kate Middleton dobro se brine o svojoj koži

Mirror je izvijestio da vojvotkinja od Cambridgea jedan dan u tjednu jede isključivo sirovu hranu, a na njezinom meniju se nalazi lubenice, gazpacho, goji bobice, ceviche (jelo iz Južne Amerike, mariniran sirova riba i morski plodovi), tabbouleh (arapsko salata od neke integralne žitarice, usitnjenih rajčica, luka i peršina), a uz sve obroke pije bademovo mlijeko.

 

Princeza Charlene od Monaka pliva i uči druge plivati

Prije nego što je postala članica kraljevske obitelji, princeza Charlene od Monaka bila je olimpijska plivačica pa ne čudi previše da je to i dalje jedan od njezinih omiljenih načina da ostane zdrava.

DAY OF THE AFRICAN CHILD Extract from a special OpEd from HSH Princess Charlene “Discovering the joy of #swimming inspired me to dedicate 20 years of my life to realise my dream to become an Olympic swimmer. Competing in the water taught me the importance of discipline, respect for oneself and others and dedication. Most significantly, I saw how learning to swim could not only change lives, as it did mine, but also save lives. During my swimming career, it was important to me to teach children how to be safe in the water. It is an essential life skill, like learning to safely cross a road. In South Africa, where I grew up, #drowning is the second leading cause of accidental death after road accidents. It’s not much talked about. You could say it’s a hidden #epidemic in a supposedly dry continent. In fact, Africa has vast swathes of seas, lakes and rivers. In coastal cities, you often find the shoreline crowded with people but as most of them can’t swim, they simply dip their toes at the water’s edge. The trouble is, it doesn’t take much for a child, or an adult, to slip and drown in a few centimetres of water or be swept out by a rogue wave or current. The @WHO estimates that drowning claims the lives of more than 60,000 children under five and over 360,000 people globally each year. It claims a similar number of lives today as diseases such as diarrhoea and measles did in the 1970s and 1980s. Africa’s drowning statistics are sadly the highest in the world but they barely get a mention in the media. As Patron of the @saredcross, I am promoting #watersafety, #firstaid and #CPR training - for children and by children. Education like this is crucial to saving lives and stopping the needless grief that afflicts the families of those who drown. On this Day of the African Child, as we celebrate the joy, laughter and future of our precious children, I urge the world’s governments to put water safety and the elimination of drowning on the development agenda. Švedski princ Carl Philip trči

Carl Philip spaja svoju ljubav prema fitnessu s ljubavlju prema filantropiji. Prošle je godine vodio utrku za podršku švedskoj organizaciji koja prikuplja sredstva za medicinska istraživanja bolesti koje se učestalo javljaju kod novorođenčadi.

 

Princeza Madeleine provodi vrijeme u prirodi

Kraljica Elizabeta započinje dan šalicom čaja

Nema kave za kraljicu Elizabeth. Umjesto toga, British Telecommunications izvijestio je kako kraljica započinje dan na tradicionalan način uz šalicu svježe skuhanog čaja Earl Grey u porculanskoj šalici bez mlijeka ili šećera. Uz nekoliko kolačića sa strane, naravno. Nakon toga se opušta u kadi dok sluša radio. Postoje i napisi da 92-godišnja kraljica kraljica također jede mnogo ribe i svježih proizvoda.
